The fiberglass grating on this site is made by Nantong Strongrate Co., Ltd. in Nantong, Jiangsu, China, and ships from China. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the operator of strongrate.us, the party responsible for the information sent through its forms.

There are no user accounts on strongrate.us. Personal information reaches us only when you send one of the three forms below. Fields marked optional on a form can be left blank.

If you add a link to drawings, the form stores only the link. Anyone with that link can open the files, so share only what the quote needs and remove access once the project is quoted.

To filter spam, each form has a hidden field and a timing check, and the server limits how many requests can come from one network address or one email address in a short time. For that limit it keeps only one-way hashed keys in memory: one for the network address, for up to 10 minutes, and one for the email address, for up to 24 hours. Neither is stored with your request or written to logs. Submissions that look automated are stored apart from other requests rather than deleted, so a genuine request flagged by mistake can still be answered. The forms use no CAPTCHA and no third-party bot-detection service.

• To answer your request: prepare a quote, send a sample or reply to your message, and follow up on that request.
• To route a quote request. Orders under about 500 sq ft, or needed in under 3 weeks, are referred to a US stocking importer (see where to buy fiberglass grating in the US). Federally funded public works cannot be supplied under Buy America (BABA); we keep those requests on file but do not quote them.
• To keep a record of quotes, samples and orders, and to handle later questions or claims about them.
• To keep the site working and protect it from abuse.

We do not use your information for advertising and do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads).

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and it has no ad pixels, social media widgets or chat tools. It uses two cookieless measurement tools from Vercel, its host. According to Vercel’s documentation, neither tool ties its data to an individual visitor or an IP address.

If the site is updated while you are filling in a form, the form saves what you typed in your browser’s session storage so that reloading the page puts it back. That copy stays in your browser and is deleted once it has been restored.

Because the site does no cross-site tracking or ad targeting, browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control have nothing to switch off. You can also block the measurement scripts with a content blocker; the pages and forms work the same without them.

Like any web host, Vercel processes IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. Our own application logs keep only a redacted summary of each form submission: form type, reference, routing result, product, quantity and unit, the first three characters of the ZIP or postal code, the domain of the email address, the spam-check result and whether the submission was stored. They hold no names, phone numbers, street addresses, full email addresses or IP addresses.

We keep an inquiry only as long as we need it to answer the request and follow up, and longer only when an order, a warranty claim or a legal obligation requires it. Vercel keeps the aggregated analytics described above under its own terms.

Strongrate grating is made in Nantong, China, and factory pricing comes from there, so the details a quote, sample or order needs are sent to the manufacturer in China. The site, form storage and email delivery run on Vercel and Resend, both based in the United States, and referred requests go to an importer in the United States. Privacy laws in these countries may differ from those where you live. By sending a form, you ask us to move your details to these places so we can answer you.

• Every page and form is served over HTTPS, and browsers are told to use HTTPS only (HSTS).
• Form submissions are stored in a private storage area that is not reachable from the public internet.
• Access is limited to the people who handle inquiries.
• The forms never ask for passwords, payment card numbers or bank details; please do not send them.

No system is completely secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

• Send you a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is wrong.
• Delete your information, unless we must keep it for an order, a warranty claim or a legal obligation.
• Stop contacting you about a request.

Send your request through the contact form (topic “Something else”) with the reference number from your confirmation, which starts with SR-, or reply to an email from us. We may check that the request comes from the email address on the inquiry. These options are open to everyone, wherever you live, and using them will not change how we treat your inquiries.

No. strongrate.us is a business site for buyers of industrial grating. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
