For engineering: give the clear distance between supports, load type and units, and any deflection limit. Panel length and width alone do not define the support span. For design: add cut sizes, resin, surface, chemicals and service temperature. Write “help needed” where the specification is open.

  • Known specification: product family, depth, mesh or bar profile, resin, finish and color. If you need help choosing, describe the application and mark open choices in your brief. Browse the product range if you have not selected a model.
  • Panel dimensions and quantities, plus a link to drawings or the cutting list. Review any selections carried into your brief before sending.
  • Engineering requirements: clear distance between supports, bearing direction, load type and units, deflection limit, service chemicals and temperature. Panel dimensions alone do not define the span. Use the load tables and specification guidance to prepare your brief.

Quoting a replacement panel

Send a dimensioned sketch and photos of the panel and supports. Mark panel depth, overall dimensions, mesh opening, clear span and bearing direction. Include any cutouts and fastening details. An old supplier’s product name alone does not define a replacement.

For mixed products or sizes, list each item separately in the drawing or cutting-list link. Note which dimensions are measured and which still need review. Use the size and weight tables to compare catalog options.
